General terms and conditions

Order information:

Orders are considered to be contracts concluded electronically, which entail payment obligations and which are subject to the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. the provisions of §§ 5 and 6 of the Act shall govern.

In the case of an order, the conclusion of the contract is governed by Act No. 45/2014 on contracts concluded between absentees. (II.26.) This is done on the basis of § 4, paragraph (10) of the Government Decree. The contract is created with an email sent to korpas.zoltan@hotmail.com, in which the person applies to use the service. In general, payment is made per service occasion, with the only exception being "Group ADHD training", which is paid in one sum and is for all contracted occasions. 

You can pay the service fee by bank transfer or in person in cash. The bank account number to be used for the transfer will be shared via email after the consultation. 

Payment deadline 8 days.

We issue the invoice with the help of the NAV Online invoicer. Taking into account the provisions of § 175, paragraph (2) point b) of Act CXXVII of 2007, the Customer acknowledges that he receives the e-invoices issued by us in .pdf format via email.

By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges that 45/2014. (II.26.) Pursuant to Section 29 (1) points i) and m) of the Government Decree, you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract from the date of the start of the consultation.

Cancellation of consultation:

It is possible to cancel a pre-arranged consultation appointment at least 48 hours or, in the case of a weekend, two working days before the appointment. If the Customer does not cancel orally or in writing within 2 working days, the consultation fee must be paid.
