The process of optional consultations

About the ADHD Coaching method and its process

Do you often feel like you are unable to stay still, as if you are being "driven by a motor"? Are you always fiddling with your hands? Do you often interrupt others and finish their sentences? Maybe you feel like you can't keep your attention? Do you regularly interrupt important activities in exchange for another, more exciting activity? Do you simply forget everything?

If you answered yes to all the listed questions, NO that does not mean that you are living with ADHD, and within the framework of this group you will NOT receive an answer to the question of whether you are living with ADHD or not. On the contrary, you can meet people who feel similar to what you read above and together we can discuss the difficulties associated with ADHD symptoms and possible coping strategies.

The purpose of ADHD Coaching, is to share, as a group, what things we face in relation to ADHD, and to find the best way to live with ADHD symptoms.

Whether it's accepting ADHD, dealing with procrastination, problem solving, organization/planning, or concentration issues, together we will walk the path that will lead to the answers within you.

Since the ADHD training is organized around different modules (e.g. procrastination management), there may be topics that are particularly not seem like a fit for you, but if you try to pay attention even then, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Surely you also know that ADHD cannot be cured, so we will not "treat" ADHD. On the contrary, I can provide a consultation in which we try to understand your specific symptoms of ADHD and create strategies for how these ways of functioning can be resources rather than obstacles.

ADHD Coaching begins with a FREE preliminary conversation, during which we determine what YOU need. At the end of the session, I will make a suggestion as to whether I think participating in the group can help or if I would rather recommend Life Coaching. Of course, the final word will still be yours!

The training starts with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 people as soon as the appropriate number of stakeholders gathers. You will be placed on a waiting list until the group is ready and you will be notified of the planned departure time of the group.

What is a Life Coach good for?

We all want to be happy, successful and satisfied with ourselves. To simply feel good in our own skin. However, it happens in everyone's life that they get stuck in their personal life, in their profession, or become unsure of themselves and simply don't know how to proceed. In such cases, we feel that the problems are burying us under and we don't know how we can cope with it alone. And if that wasn't enough, we may even tread the same path that is bad for us for years, looking for a way out, but falling back again and again into the previous state. In such cases, we may benefit from some external support, which will move us out of this unpleasant or even downright painful point where life has pushed us.

Life Coaching itself is a developmental method, not therapy. It focuses on the solution and the present. We will only deal with the past as much as it is necessary for your goal. Life Coaching helps you build your future with the resources of the present.

But how does this happen?

With targeted questions and empathy, Life Coaching helps you to use your existing resources and abilities to achieve success and move towards your goal set in the coaching process. So, during coaching, we deal with goals and self-awareness, which will help you make any important decision, change your career, organize your personal life, maintain the goals you have achieved so far or become a better version of yourself.

And if you have doubts after all this, the first meeting is free, so you have the opportunity to get to know me, the process and a little bit about yourself, which can help you make the decision that you want to change.

The difficulties of habit formation

Which of us would not do our best to make a good habit regular? Still how many times have our related plans ended up in failure?

I have good news, you are not alone, as building new habits is particularly difficult for most of us.

But if it is so difficult to form good habits, why can bad habits overwhelm our whole life in an instant? Maybe our own brain is specifically working against us? In a certain sense, yes, but with the right techniques, we can even turn this function of our brain to our advantage.

I created the habit-building coaching process to support you in incorporating new habits into your life, be it regular exercise, journaling, writing or even reading.

Habits regarding substances (e.g. smoking) shouldn't be handled through this program as there are other programs out there specialized for that particular issue.

This program itself will always be adapted to your needs, but we will definitely discuss the following.

Why do you want to introduce the new habit?

How can you consolidate your habits?

What to do when you realize you've put your good habits aside for a while?

What strategies can you use to stick to your decision in the long term?

If reading this has made you think it's time to do something and all you need is a little starting push, then let me know so that you can continue your habits for a lifetime!
